Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, new and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Orders placed more than 30 days ago may be exchanged or a store credit will be issued for one year from the date of purchase. Defective merchandise will be replaced to the best of our ability. An original receipt must be present at the time of the return or exchange.

Shipping is nonrefundable. A shipping call-tag will be issued for damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for any items returned to the warehouse for a refund or exchange without first notifying Customer Service.
